About the Mesh System:
The Mesh System is an innovative grounding concept ideally suited for use in conjunction with the surface grid. It consists of sheet metal strips with special material properties that are laid and interconnected in a square grid on the subfloor. Using pre-determined grounding points in the masonry or floor, the completed grid is connected by grounding cables. This allows for simple and straightforward grounding of every point in this area, without extensive preparation.
The mesh system concept was developed specifically for the telecommunications industry to provide an efficient grounding solution prior to the installation of a raised floor. The raised floor's feet can be connected to the mesh system at specific intervals. Furthermore, the mesh system, in conjunction with a surface grid, can be expanded by using grounding cables and targeted bonding bars to integrate each device, such as server cabinets and cooling systems, into the system.
The size and shape of the mesh system can be flexibly adapted to requirements to optimize the grounding of a specific area, such as a server landscape, while keeping costs low. The mesh system is characterized by its low weight and allows for easy adjustments and modifications, saving time and money and ensuring the necessary flexibility.
